We presented a very full 4 day agenda crammed with several - including a collaborative arrangement with Dolls Magazine's 2010 EXPO, culminating our Saturday evening "Shabby Chic Ball" banquet featuring Wilde Imagination, Inc.'s Ellowyne Wilde.

As with the two previous years, our convention unofficially began with a pair of optional tours bringing attendees to many of the wonderful sights of Winston-Salem, North Carolina on Tuesday and Wednesday including the Reynolda House and Old Salem.

The first tour ended at the Doll Market, and included their Doll Market 2010 Best Dressed BJD Contest and Party.

Offically, the convention started with the traditional Vogue Dolls event, this time a luncheon, which introduced Modern Doll to Petite Ultimate Fashions and presented both a Kaleidoscope Jill and a Minny-Ginny trio early on Wednesday afternoon.

This day also saw the first workshop, Andrea Pinson's "Frankendollies".

That evening, Madame Alexander hosted a dinner event, where Cissette Resplendant served as the souvenir doll, accompanied by a Companion Lissy, and a stunning Cissy centerpiece.

Following this, the Yahoo! Group hosted a combined Swap Meet and Competition.

Thursday was a busy day, beginning with a few workshops and the Tonner Luncheon, "Meet Anne Harper" which introduced both the celebrated film fashion designer, and one of her favorite subjects, Carol Barrie.

Berdine Creedy followed this event by hosting an afternoon tea that presented a darling doll standing inside a book as a centerpiece.

The day's dinner was hosted by Kish & Company and introduced two new Bethany dolls - a centerpiece and "Blue Hues" Bethany.

The day was not finished yet, however, as a Horsman,Ltd. Wine and Cheese event followed, unveiling a new Urban Vita, Sapphire and her two-piece blue couch (half the event centerpiece, the other half a companion).

On Friday, the meal events began with the Nancy Ann Storybook Dolls Lunch. This meal brought Butterfly Butterfly and a cute "flying" centerpiece to the doll-collecting world.

Saturday's first event was the Boneka Puppenmoden Lunch, which brought a gorgeous centerpiece and an equally lovely souvenir. Boneka Event Doll Face.

The Helper Drawing followed this, where a valiant effort was made to award over 200 items within a single hour, an Herculean task almost pulled off by our Helper Chair and several volunteers.

While the drawing wound down,Goodreau Dolls hosted a "Mad Tea Party" Paulette always has a fun event and once again did not dissappoint with with a unique pair of centerpieces for every table, along with a lovely Kerli doll.

The day ended with the Ellowyne Dinner, interrupted by a psychiatric conference attempting to explain Ellowyn's Chronic Ennui - sadly, her personal doctor was unavailable, but, fortunately a guest doctor was on hand to go over her case. Meanwhile, Ellowyne lounged in her Shabby Chic Chaise, awaiting the arrival of her Shabby Chic self.

Before the actual meal, a lovely porcelain doll donated by Ashton Drake was raffled off, and immediately following the meal, we all enjoyed a viewing of a video to promote next year's Party in San Antonio.
The convention also included an Ann Estelle Gathering (including a video, viewable here, about the doll and her storied history) and an assortment of Programs and Workshops.
