We presented a very full 4 day agenda crammed with several the events and finalized by our Saturday evening banquet which featured a Christmas Party hosted by Goodreau Dolls LLC.
The convention began unofficially with a day of "choose your own tours" offered by Alamo Sightseeing Tours and The Alamo Trolley, followed by a half-day tour of Historic King William District.

Offically, the convention started with the The Alexander Doll Company Travel Doll lunch on Wednesday featuring two Wendy dolls. The other major event that day was the Kish & Company "Venetian Carnaval" dinner which featured Shea Harlequin and Venetian Carnaval Olivia.
Thursday began with a brunch celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Tonner Doll Company where new Cami, Frankie and Andy dolls put in an appearance, and Robert Tonner himself leaked some news about upcoming licenses and their Tonner Toys brand. Two short hours later, one of our newest participating manufacturers, Kimberly Lasher, hosted a well-recieved Ice Cream Social; we hope to have her back again soon. Rounding out our second busiest day, Evangeline Ghastly shared details of the Soul Sweeping holiday, and designer Joe Petrolese shared details about Wilde Imagination.
But we weren't finished yet - hot on the heels of this, we held our annual Fashion Doll Runway - this year, we raised $5,000 for Any Baby Can. Friday opened with another new participating manufacturer - Ruby Red Galleria, with a wild and crazy pajama party breakfast introducing Jamie and Lia.
The lunch on Friday was hosted by Heidi Plusczok Puppen-Design and featured a birthday party for Catalina.
An early afternoon tea party, hosted by Berdine Creedy Originals, Inc. celebrated first love with Valene.
The final event of the day saw Madame Alexander returning to feature Alex attending movie premiere. Due to various shipping issues, Alex arrived fashionably (how else?) late, and had several guest stars from Desperate Housewives cover for her tardiness.
Boneka began Friday with a Breakfast event introducing a lttle boy and his friend Nene and their the celebration of Saint Martin's Day, a European holiday mixing elements (and dates) for the celebrations of Christmas and Halloween. This was followed by the return of Kish & Company, and a luncheon that introduced new Tulah and DJ dolls, and served as a "teaser"e; for Helen's souvenir doll at next year's convention.
After this, we held our Helper Drawing in the afternoon, then ended the day with a wonderful and chaotic Christmas Party hosted by the Goodreaus and introducing Holly and many surprises
