Convention registration includes: Souvenir Doll by Wilde Imagination; banquet; entry to no-fee events; programs; exhibits; seminars; sales and helper rooms. Added-fee events include workshops; meal events such as luncheons and dinners. Please Note: You must be present to receive souvenirs. All registrations are non-transferable. Registration packets will be mailed June 2010.

Hotel Reservations: Call Embassy Suites reservations at 1-800-696-6107. Identify yourself with Modern Doll Collectors Convention 2010® to receive special group rate of $139/night. Reservations must be received by September 8, 2010, and guaranteed with one night’s deposit by check, money order or credit card. After receipt of guaranteed reservation, Hotel will forward confirmations upon request.

Cancellation PolicyA 25% cancellation fee will be charged for registrants requesting convention cancellation prior to July 15,2010. Between July 15 and August 15, 2010, a 50% cancellation fee is in effect. After August 15, no part of registration fee or added-fee events can be refunded unless we are able to sell the souvenir(s) to a party on the wait list at or before the convention. If that occurs, refund will be made, minus the cancellation fee, within 30 days of Convention’s end. No-Shows at commencement of banquet are considered cancellations. (A signed request must be submitted by mail or FAX for a refund. No email cancellations can be accepted.)
