Convention registration includes: Souvenir Doll by Kish & Company; banquet; entry to no-fee events; programs; exhibits; seminars; sales and helper rooms.

Added-fee events include workshops; meal events such as luncheons and dinners.

Please Note: You must be present to receive souvenirs. All registrations are non-transferable. Registration packets will be mailed June 2012.

Hotel Information
For Hotel Reservations, Call Harra's reservations desk - 1-(888)-458-8471 and tell them you are with the Modern Doll Collectors Convention.® to receive the special group rate of $119/night. Reservations must be received by August 15, 2012, and guaranteed with one night's deposit by check, money order or credit card. After receipt of guaranteed reservation, Hotel will forward confirmations upon request.

A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for registrants requesting convention cancellation prior to July 1,2012. Between July 1 and August 1, 2012, a 50% cancellation fee is in effect. After August 1st, no part of registration fee or added-fee events can be refunded unless we are able to sell the souvenir(s) to a party on the waitlist at or before the convention. If that occurs, refund will be made, minus the cancellation fee, within 30 days of Convention's end. No-Shows at commencement of banquet are considered cancellations. (A signed request must be submitted by mail or FAX for a refund. No email cancellations can be accepted.)
