Modern Doll Collectors Convention® 2009

Please Note: You must be present to receive souvenirs. All registrations are non-transferable.

UPDATE Registration packets will be mailed starting May 15, 2008, with the packets for returning attendees given priority status. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged for any registrant requesting cancellation prior to August 20, 2008.

After August 20, 2008, no part of the registration fee, or any added fee events, can be refunded unless we are able to sell the souvenir(s) to another party on the wait list at or before the convention. In that instance, funds will be refunded, minus the $50.00 cancellation fee, within 30 days of Convention end. No-Shows at the time of commencement of the final banquet will be considered cancellations.

Shipping to addresses within the Continental United States is $11 for the first doll, and $2 for each additonal doll in the same order shipped to the same address. All others will be billed separately for the exact cost of shipping.

Our secure shopping cart has an automatic default to UPS Ground, but we are happy to ship USPS Priority Mail if you prefer. Just put a note in your order. When in doubt, email us.

We happily ship overseas, we'll contact you directly if you live outside the Continental United States and need to discuss shipping particulars.

It is possible that we will sell out of something before we have a chance to update the website. All orders are noted by date and time, it's first come - first served. If we are unable to fill your order, we will contact you.

Your credit card is charged immediately upon purchase. If we are sold out of something you order, we will credit your card and notify you. You have ten (10) days to let us know you wish to return or exchange your purchase. Shipping and handling are only refundable in the event of damaged merchandise.
